Workout Week 4 Day 1

Got my new workouts for this week. They are a little longer now and a little more intense. So far, or at least today I felt more motivated! I didn’t have to force myself to do my workout. I’m not relying on anyone to get me through them anymore just me. My friends have been great about supporting the changes I have made in my eating habits. The hardest thing to give up is McDonald’s. I’ve been cravinh chicken nuggets since Friday. I’m starting to feel better from day to day. My headaches have greatly decreased from every other day to 3 in the last month. I’m less tired throughout the day if I get to bed fairly early. Needless to say I’m feeling pretty good about my workouts and the progress I am making. People are noticing and so all the hard work is paying off. Prayer is definitely going to be my strong hold!!!!
