Workouts Week 3
This week is almost over and done for me. This week has been a bit tougher but I have survived so far. Tomorrow will be my last workout before the weekend. I will be getting up at 7 am just like I did last week. This is HUGE for me. I haven’t gotten up to workout early in the morning like this since I was in high school doing basketball workouts with the team before school. I am having trouble throughout the week of staying motivated to start my workout but I feel so much better afterwards. I will hopefully be getting over this soon. I need to pray for better focus and motivation throughout this process so I don’t forget my target goal and the reason I am doing this. I am doing this to make a change so I can get back to the physical me I used to be. I am doing this for my future kids because I don’t want them to feel it is ok to be overweight. I am doing this to grow closer to God because sometimes I feel like giving up, I pray. Every time I finish a tough workout, I pray. God is guiding me through this and is giving me the strength I need to continue on to the next workout. I have now lost 7 lbs. I am 63 lbs away from my target goal. I will reach it!!! I have faith in God and in myself!
