Week 3 of Workout=Improvement
Well week 3 is finished!!! I have done so much better this week on my eating and working out. I have been running and biking as well. My first new workout this week was rough on Monday. I ran on Tuesday for 15 mins and biked for 15. Wednesday I just rode the bike because my legs were dead and needed some rest. Thursdays workout seemed easy and so did todays. I weighed myself this morning..I have lost 2 more pounds. That makes for 7 lbs in 2 weeks, If I wouldn’t have had a bad week last week I could probably be at 10 lbs but life goes on. I’m gonna make my goal!
