Workout Day 3=Lightened Up
Yesterday seemed easier, my body was still very sore and I couldn’t squat as low as I wanted but I got through my workout. When I got done I was dead so I did my extra credit workouts and walked a mile. So I’m putting in working trying to get ready for my best friends wedding and then for Summer. This isn’t a temporary change, this is a LIFESTYLE/LIFETIME change. I want to remember how brutal working out felt the last two days so that I will remember staying with exercise will make my life that much easier and I will be much healthier. Today I am still sore but not nearly as bad. I have to run today and that’s usually when I about die. Pray for me! =)
